Hunter's First time in Georgia

Yesterday, I did my happy dance when we crossed the Georgia state line. Hunter missed it though because he was napping. He slept for half of the three hour trip from Knoxville to Atlanta. Our first stop in Georgia was to pick up
my good friend, Lori Beth, at Northside Hospital. We took Lori Beth out to lunch at Cheesecake Factory at Perimeter Mall.

Hunter took an immediate liking to Lori Beth. He hugged, kissed her, tugged on her hair, tried to eat her hair, and gave her lots of smiles.

Darin, the nature photographer, asked us to be his models so that he could get a picture of the colorful leaves. Of course, we obliged.

One more nature shot for Darin.

We went back to Northside Hospital and I had the pleasure of meeting Lori Beth's new little one, Tatum. Tatum is a little fighter. He is a micro-premie, born at only 25 weeks gestation. He is doing very well though! Before we left, we even got to see Jay, Lori Beth's husband, for a little bit. We drove north on 400 to my Aunt Joan and Uncle Bill's house. Hunter was so excited to be free from his car seat.

We think that he might be teething.

For the last picture of the day, I am not sure what Hunter was doing but it was too funny not to post.
