Today marks the last day of Hunter's 3rd week in daycare. Unfortunately, he caught his 2nd cold on Monday before he ever actually got over the first cold that he caught on his first day of daycare. Also on Monday, Hunter finally rolled from his tummy to his back at daycare so they agreed that he could be put on his tummy to nap. Hunter has been rolling from his tummy to his back in his crib at home since he was 6 weeks old but waited until this week to demonstrate this skill at school. On Tuesday, Hunter rolled from his back to his tummy for the first time. All week, Hunter has napped between 3.5 - 4.5 hours at daycare. I believe that he is doing that because he doesn't feel well and because they put him on his tummy to sleep now. Another development this week is that when Hunter is on his tummy, he props himself up on his elbows. It is so cute! Despite being sick, Hunter is happy to see his teachers and his friends at school each morning. It helps that he is always happy....only fusses when he is hungry. As much as I hate not being with Hunter everyday, he really seems to be thriving there.
In the past week, Hunter has outgrown almost all of his 6 month clothes and moved in 9 month clothes. So many changes in so little time!
