On Friday, June 25, Hunter met Kole & Chase for the first time. Hunter and I showed up at Aunt Emily's house after Kole & Chase had gone down for a nap. Chase was the first one up, but he wasn't all that interested in Hunter.
After Chase was put back down for another attempt at a longer nap, Kole woke up. Kole was very excited to see his YaYa (that's me - Aunt Lauren, Lala, somehow became Yaya very early on with Kole). The first thing Kole told me was that baby Hunter isn't in my belly anymore. Kole knew that the baby in my arms was Hunter.
Kole was very interested in checking out Hunter and even asked for a turn to hold him. Kole was very agreeable about going to wash his hands before holding him. Since the first meeting, Kole has told others that they must wash their hands before holding Hunter. Very sweet!
