We were so fortunate that Darin's parents came into town to visit with us for Christmas. We spent Friday cleaning house. Hunter helped too. He likes dusting and Swiffering the floors.
On Christmas Eve, we took his parents to Costco for their first time, went to church and had a delicious pot roast for dinner. Darin and I had a busy evening of preparing for Christmas brunch and getting all the gifts upstairs and displayed.
Christmas brunch was wonderful! Nana, Pop, and Erica came over early and brought a breakfast casserole and coffee to go with the juice, muffins, fruit, and monkey bread. Darin's parents (Grandma & Grandpa) came over just before we ate. Hunter loved being the center of attention of so many loving family members.

Christmas vacation continues at our house. Darin, Hunter and I will have been off work/school together for a total of 11 days when we return to work/school on Tuesday. So far, it has been a very nice vacation - lots of family time, cleaned house, undecorated the house, baked lots of goodies, doctor's appointments, fun with cousins and so much more.
